C93200 Bearing Bronze / high lead-tin Bronze has excellent machining properties, good hardness, strength and wear resistance with excellent anti-friction qualities. The alloy is not subject to de-zincification and has reasonable corrosion resistance to seawater and brine, making it suitable for pump and valve components. C93200 bronze is suitable for bearings, bushings with medium loads, and speeds with adequate lubrication.
C93200 tin bronze has excellent machining properties, good hardness, strength and wear resistance with excellent sliding properties. The copper alloy C93200 is not subject to dezincification.

CuSn7Zn4Pb7 bronze description
Bronze alloys are mainly composed of copper, usually with tin as the main additive. The lead content of the bearing bronze rod is between 6% and 15%. High lead tin bronze alloys are free cutting and retain good thermal conductivity and good lubricity due to the lead content. The alloy CuSn7Zn4Pb7 is considered the workhorse alloy and is widely used in many bearing applications. Alloy CuSn7Zn4Pb7 is a general bearing alloy with good anti-friction properties, sufficient strength and hardness, sufficient ductility and excellent machinability. It is used as bearings, bushings, light duty gears and sprockets, impellers, wear strips, plates, auto parts and washers. It is widely used in pumps, cylinders, machine tools, earth-moving machinery and other general applications.
CuSn7Zn4Pb7 tin bronze material composition
Compared with all other bearing materials, CuSn7Zn4Pb7 alloys have wider applicability and are more commonly used. CuSn7Zn4Pb7 is a high lead tin bronze for general utility applications at moderate loads and speeds. The strength and hardness are slightly lower than that of tin bronze, but CuSn7Zn4Pb7 excels in friction reduction and processing properties.
