Metal Polymer Bushing – Straight Type
Slightly lubricated bearing material with steel backing, porous bronze sinter and indented POM sliding layer. Metal Polymer Bushing dx bush is suitable for a wide variety of lubrication applications (typically heavy loads at low speeds); including mechanical handling, hydraulic and agricultural equipment. A wide range of standard cylindrical bushings, thrust washers and tapes are available.

DBX01 Bushing – Metal Polymer, Straight, DXB Series (Metal Polymer Bushing)
This bearing is filled with lubricant before installation, to which a small amount of lubricant is added at predetermined intervals to allow it to withstand long-term operation. The structure of this prelubricated bearing consists of spherical powdered bronze sintered onto a steel backing and polyacetal resin impregnated into the surface.
