  1. Self-lubricating bearings are developed on the metal friction surface of the bearing matrix with holes arranged in order and of appropriate size, and embedded with molybdenum disulfide and graphite to make composite self-lubricating blocks embedded on the metal sleeve. The composite bearings are made of solid lubricant friction area of 25-65%.The solid self-lubricating block can work normally at a high temperature of 280℃.But because of its low mechanical strength, weak bearing capacity, easy to produce deformation, it is embedded in the metal hole groove can suppress this shortcoming, the formation of the metal part plays a bearing role, the self-lubricating block plays a lubrication role.The lubrication mechanism of this self-lubricating bearing is that in the sliding friction process between the shaft and the sleeve, part of the self-lubricating material molecules transfer to the metal surface of the shaft, fill up the small non-plane, and form a layer of stable solid lubrication film, resulting in the grinding between the solid lubrication film, to prevent the adhesion of the shaft and the sleeve wear.This rational combination combines the complementary advantages of copper alloy and non-metal anti-wear materials, especially suitable for no oil, high temperature, high load, low speed, anti-fouling, anti-corrosion, strong radiation environment, as well as in water or other solution infiltration and cannot add lubricating oil special working conditions.
  2. The proportion of the self-lubricating block to the area of the self-lubricating block is related to the running speed and the bearing strength, and the running speed is low.The bearing strength is large, the area occupied by the metal should be larger.Such as the ingot trolley walking wheel bearing self-lubricating block occupies about 25% of the area, spindle bearing drawing mechanism lubrication should be sufficient, the compressive strength is not large, self-lubricating block occupies about 65% of the area.
  3. Technical requirements for bushing materials bushing should be made of alloy copper, bushing to have a higher hardness, generally must be heat treatment, the hardness is not less than HRC45.
  4. Geometric shape and Mosaic requirements of self-lubricating plate
