Clogged graphite bushings are great for applications where maintenance is difficult and where normal grease and oil based lubricants can burn due to high temperatures. The cast bronze base material offers these products a stronger bearing capacity when compared to other self-lubricating bronze bushings.

Lubrication Bearings
Graphite Bronze Bearing is maintenance-free but lubricating the sliding surfaces during assembly is recommended for initial start-up period. Common lubricants such as greases or oils can be used. For optimal performance and longevity, it is important that mating surfaces are properly cleaned when assembly.
