Copper-based inlaid self-lubricating slider is on a base of high force brass. It breaks through the limitation of general bronze plates relying on oil film lubrication. In the process of use, the solid lubrication and shaft friction through frictional heat, form the excellent conditions of oil and powder coexistence lubrication, not only to protect the shaft from wear but also to make the solid lubrication characteristics eternal. Its hardness is twice as high as the general copper sleeve, and its wear resistance is also twice as high.
