Materials
Made out of bronze strips with a 92% copper and 8% tin composition.

Grease or oil must be added depending on the application on their internal surface (thus, it required a little initial maintenance for this bearing). Depending on working conditions the internal pockets can have a circular or diamond shape. The standard types supplied have diamond-shaped pockets.

The material composition is an excellent aid to its anti-corrosion behavior. Must only undertake the choice of lubricating grease or oil. Generally, for continuous lubrication, oil will be used. This is the perfect solution for dirty and harsh environments.

Self-lubricating bronze bearings temperature
The temperature limit has a strong relationship with the lubrication used. The standard limit is -20 ºC to 100 ºC, but it can be modified if other methods are used.
