There is no need for oiling and maintenance during use. The products are widely used in high load, intermittent or rocking motion, such as steam locomotive production line, hydraulic turbine, reservoir working/accident door, plastic machinery, etc.
Steel base inlay self-lubricating bearing: Steel base inlay self-lubricating bearing is an enhanced product with high compression performance. It can discharge lubricating particles during the working process, so that a diaphragm is formed between the bushings, with better anti-blocking than single oil lubrication, with better anti-bite performance than single oil lubrication, and with high compression performance and the ability to discharge lubricating particles during the working. It is especially suitable for the support parts of lifting machinery.
For example: winch support, crane support, but not suitable for water or acid and alkali occasions.
Cast iron inlaid self-lubricating bearings.
Cast iron inlay bearing is a new product of solid lubricant with HT 250 as base material, which is a typical material saving product. If the pressure is less than 14.5N/mm~2 or mechanical performance requirements, it can be used as a substitute for JDB-2 material, which can greatly reduce the cost and meet the usage requirements.

4, steel-based copper alloy inlay self-lubricating bearings.

5、Copper alloy inner ring self-lubricating plain bearing.
Copper alloy inner ring self-lubricating sliding bearing is a kind of sliding bearing with self-lubricating performance, which can be rotated or swung at will. Bearing inner ring made of special copper alloy, inner ring spherical inlay solid lubricant, outer ring made of bearing steel, after heat treatment phosphate or chrome plating and polishing.
6、Bimetallic spiral inlay self-lubricating bearing.
Bimetallic spiral inlay self-lubricating bearing is a continuous sliding bearing produced by solid bearing. It is a new type of thin-walled solid lubrication bearing, made of bimetallic plate as the substrate, alloy layer embedded with special solid lubricant. 7、Copper alloy inlay self-lubricating bearing.
Copper alloy spiral inlay self-lubricating bearing is also a continuous plain bearing. Solid lubrication bearing is made of high-density copper alloy strip with special formula, the surface embedded solid lubricant is made by coiling, molding and other methods.
