High precision material: Graphite-impregnated LB1 brass bushes and flange bearings
About us
LB1 is a continuously cast leaded bronze alloy known for its excellent lubricity.
The most standard type in the Copper Alloy series. The LB1 alloy’s lubricity makes it ideal for sliding applications, handling high speeds under moderate loads. LB1 excels in bearings with alignment issues and suits various uses, such as in mining with corrosive waters and low lubricity. It is a medium-strength alloy with good corrosion and wear resistance and offers good machinability. Material is a maintenance-free sliding bearing, but can be lubricated with oil or grease. Suitable for higher loads, heat and corrosion resistance, non-seizing with limited abrasion resistance, and long lifespan. Ideal for replacing bronze bearings requiring intensive lubrication to repel dirt. Excellent for minimally or initially lubricated bearings under mechanical or thermal stress. Applications include crane bearing assemblies, front and rocker bearings, lifting devices, and mining machinery.

LB1 Copper & Brass & Bronze – Bronze bushing Company, solid bronze sliding bearing, solid lubricant, maintenance-free
LB1 bronze bearing material is typically an alloy enhanced through graphite impregnation. This process embeds graphite particles on the surface, boosting wear resistance and lubrication, making it ideal for various industrial applications.

Plain & Self-Lubricating Bushings(Bushing Material:Graphite Impregnated Brass)
Straight – Standard cylindrical type, offering simplicity and a wide range of application uses.
Flanged and Flange-Mount – Features a protruding rim that positions the bushing within its assembly and provides axial support.
Graphite-Impregnated Brass LB1 Leaded Bronze Alloy – Graphite flakes gradually deposit on the shaft, acting as a solid lubricant, even after the oil has dried. Metallic, Graphite Impregnated Brass.
