Sliding bearing is the main working part of bending machine and plate shearing machine. For a long time in the state of high-speed rotation and high stress wear, sliding bearing wear consumption is very fast. The traditional casting method of sliding bearing has exposed a series of problems in the process of use, such as easy to produce shrinkage porosity, shrinkage defects, low density. In order to solve these problems, a bimetallic composite technology was put forward to improve the service life of sliding bearing and reduce its production cost. In this paper, the selection of sliding bearing specifications, structural design, technology and die design are systematically studied. Based on the heat transfer analysis and hypothesis, the mathematical model of temperature rise calculation and liner thickness design of sliding bearing under service condition is established by using one-dimensional heat conduction and thermal resistance analysis method in radial system
